Mudras are an intrinsic part of Indian culture, used in religion, yoga and various dance forms. They are expressive hand gestures that form an integral part of Indian classical dance, yoga & visual arts. It is believed that mudras channelize natural forces and aid spiritual and mental well being by enhancing the flow of energies through the body. These mudras have rich meanings closely aligned with GMR’s core values – Care, Excellence, Passion and Integrity.
