Global aviation safety refers to the overall level of protection in the aviation industry worldwide. International Civil Aviation Organization gives India’s aviation safety the highest-ever ranking. India’s global aviation safety ranking now jumps from 102 to 48, above Turkey & China with 85.49% score.

Several organizations also promote safety in aviation, such as the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the United States. Singapore Ranked 1
Singapore has a strong reputation for aviation safety. In the Global Aviation Safety Ranking, Singapore Ranked 1 with 99.69% accuracy. The country’s aviation industry is regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), which is responsible for ensuring air travel safety in and out of the country.
CAAS works closely with airlines, airports, and other organizations to implement safety standards and protocols that align with international standards set by organizations such as the ICAO. Additionally, Singapore’s Changi Airport is consistently ranked as one of the world’s safest and most efficient airports.
The United Arab Emirates Ranked 2
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has ranked 2 with 98.80% accuracy. The country’s aviation industry is regulated by the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), which is responsible for ensuring air travel safety in and out of the country.
The GCAA works closely with airlines, airports, and other organizations to implement safety standards and protocols that align with international standards. Many of the UAE’s airports, such as Dubai International Airport, are known for their modern facilities and advanced technology, which help to ensure the safety of passengers and aircraft.
South Korea Ranked 3
The Ministry of Land and Infrastructure regulates South Korea’s aviation industry and Transport (MOLIT). This year the country ranked 3 with a 98.24% score in Global Aviation Safety Ranking.
South Korea has several domestic and international airlines, including Korean Air and Asiana Airlines. Korean Air is the flag carrier airline of South Korea and is one of the largest airlines in the world. It operates flights to destinations in Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. Its airports are considered one of the safest ones.
India Ranked 48
India’s ranking has risen to the 48th position of 187 countries. Previously, the country was ranked 102nd position in 2018. Georgia and India ranked in the same place, scoring 85.49%.
India has several domestic and international airlines, including Air India, IndiGo, and SpiceJet. It operates flights to destinations in Asia, Europe, North America, and Australia. IndiGo is a low-cost airline based in India and operates flights to destinations within India and the surrounding region. All operators are doing well in enhancing the ranking of India in Global Aviation Safety Rating.
